Care instructions

We recommend washing the Happy Tradi by hand with a soft sponge.
Do not leave the handle in prolonged contact with water or a source of heat.
Wipe dry immediately after washing.
Store in a dry place.

Sharpen the cutting edge as soon as the knife seems to cut a little less.

Wipe the handle from time to time with a drop of linseed oil or olive oil.

Feeling from the workshop

The P’tit Tradi is indispensable for food preparation, while the Grand Tradi takes over for larger items, ensuring clean and precise cuts.

The teeth of the Happy Tradi complement the two for delicate cuts in food with crust, hard skins or ripe fruit and vegetables, where they help to attack the cut without damaging the texture.

Combine these three knives and you’re ready for any cutting task in the kitchen!
