Here are just a few of our sets:
Lovers of precious, chiselled objects will fall in love with this beautiful collection at first sight and…at first bite! The pieces in this Le Thiers Prestige set are entirely forged, with a brilliant lustre and finely chiselled back. The set, comprising six forged stainless steel forks with matching wooden handles, illustrates Goyon-Chazeau’s craftsmanship and extreme attention to detail. Le Thiers Prestige range is appreciated for its complete range of table and serving cutlery.
These small forged spoons feature a pearly acrylic handle: this synthetic polymer is renowned for its resistance to impact and wear, its ease of maintenance and its great aesthetic potential.
Acrylic is lighter than wood, but like wood, it is cut and shaped from a board. The acrylic used in this set of Laguiole Avantage teaspoons has a glossy appearance and produces an iridescent effect reminiscent of the brilliance of natural mother-of-pearl.
Mammoth pulp, a rare and prestigious material, is relatively unknown to the public and even raises a few questions among the uninitiated: it comes from the tusks of ancient elephantidae, certain elements of which have been preserved by the permafrost of the frozen soils of Siberia, Canada and Alaska.
This fossilized material is delivered to the craftsmen in stabilized, cut-to-size form, and is then worked and shaped.
Mammoth pulp comes from the inner part of the tusk, just above the animal’s jaw.
These six forks are therefore exceptional pieces, bearing witness to a very ancient era miraculously resurrected by craftsmen over 10,000 years later!
A genuine alternative to wood, Paperstone is made from recycled paper, cashew nut shells and resin. It contains no petroleum-derived chemicals. Its use reflects Goyon-Chazeau’s capacity for innovation and its commitment to clean, sustainable products that are more respectful of the environment.
The Paperstone used for the handles of these six teaspoons is available in several colors: grey, mocha, black and sand. The cutlery included in this set is forged from a single piece of high-quality stainless steel.
This Prestige set from Goyon-Chazeau comprises six all-stainless steel forks, with forged tops and hollow handles. A creation highly representative of the artisan know-how developed and cultivated by Goyon-Chazeau.
The models presented feature a fully forged 4-prong fork welded to a hand-crafted hollow handle, bringing volume, balance and lightness to the whole piece.
These six forks are available in brilliant, brushed or sandblasted finishes. The stainless steel used for the top of the fork (18-10 stainless steel) is used in the manufacture of fine goldsmiths and guarantees long-lasting resistance to corrosion.
A unique piece, and what a piece! Le Thiers Prestige cheese knife is equipped with a wooden handle and a 10-centimeter blade whose gentle curve ends in two hooked teeth, just like any self-respecting cheese knife. This particular blade makes it possible to cut, prick and serve cheeses without altering their texture, even the softest ones. This specialized knife is indispensable for clean, careful cheese serving.
The Laguiole Prestige 24-piece set includes six table knives, six forks, six tablespoons and six teaspoons. The handles are made from six different types of wood: boxwood, olive, juniper, rosewood, kingwood and snakewood. This collection offers timeless elegance, refinement and authentic charm.
“Avantage” range from Goyon-Chazeau offers high-quality forged cutlery made by 100% French craftsmen at competitive prices. These forks, knives and spoons are designed according to the rules of the art that govern the manufacture of a Le Thiers or Laguiole product.
The materials used are stainless steel for the blade, fork or spoon and cutlery frame, and acrylic, Paperstone or fine woods for the handle.
“Avantage” range is perfect for those who want to equip themselves with durable and aesthetic cutlery. These products are particularly well suited to families and users looking to enhance their everyday and special occasion tables with characterful cutlery offering excellent value for money.
“Prestige” range from Goyon-Chazeau is characterized by the materials used and the multiple finishes applied to each piece. Entirely forged, this cutlery is made from stainless steel, giving it great durability and a refined aesthetic. Handles can be made from precious woods, horn or rarer materials such as deer antler or warthog ivory. The “Prestige” range is aimed at lovers of fine tableware and collectors fascinated by exceptional flatware, unique, luxurious and timeless pieces.
Le Thiers knives were born in 1994 in the eponymous town of Auvergne, capital of French cutlery since the Middle Ages. These knives and cutlery can be recognized by their slightly curved shape and clean lines, defined and controlled by a very active Jurande for the protection of the model. Their high-quality blade makes them ideal for everyday use, or more occasional use at elegant receptions.
Laguiole knives take their name from the village of Laguiole, and have grown thanks to the complicity and hard work of cutlers from Laguiole and Thiers, who have made them famous worldwide. They are famous for their ergonomic curvature, which follows the shape of the hand, their “broken” blade and their traditional motifs: the bee at the base of the blade, and the “shepherd’s cross” stenciled on the handle, usually made of wood.
The elegance and renown of these products reflect French craftsmanship and the constant quest for perfection in transmission that characterize Goyon-Chazeau cutlery.
