Handcrafted in our workshop, these two top-quality knives are made from one of the finest cutlery steels available, Sandvik 14C28N, enriched with carbon.

100% French hand-crafted in our workshop
Full tang laser-cutting (the blade steel runs the full width and length of the handle)
- 2 mm thick for the P’tit Tradi and
- 2,5 mm thick for the Grand Tradi
Hardened blade in Sandvik 14C28N carbon steel (56-58HRC)

Care instructions

We recommend washing these knives by hand with a soft sponge.
Do not leave the handle in prolonged contact with water or a source of heat.
Wipe dry immediately after washing.
Store in a dry place.

Sharpen the edge as soon as the knives seem to cut a little less.

Wipe the handle from time to time with a drop of linseed oil or olive oil to restore its shine.
