With this electric sharpener, you can recreate the edge in just a few strokes.
It must be used without water.
It has two guide slots on either side of a small grinding wheel: one slot for the right side of your blade, the other for the left side.

It is safe for your fingers.

The sharpener doesn't take up much space, so you can leave it on your worktop or store it easily in a cupboard or drawer.

This Fischer electric knife sharpener is designed to sharpen smooth-bladed knives.
Insert the blade flat and press it along the slot, then gently pull the knife towards you without applying pressure, working up to the tip. Alternate between left and right.

  • An instruction leaflet will help you to use the sharpener properly.
