This 27cm oval sharpener with Diamond + coating can be used to quickly and efficiently sharpen top-of-the-range knives with stainless steel blades and very high HRC hardness.
To achieve Diamond + sharpening, Fischer coats the carbon steel rod with diamond powder and then with a layer of hard chrome. This layer makes sharpening softer and less abrasive than diamond cutting.
This allows for more regular use and gives the sharpener a longer life.
