Les lames de Gabriel et Solange (Gabriel and Solange blades) is a range of kitchen knives created in tribute to the founders, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of GOYON-CHAZEAU.
Le Pain is a bread knife with a long serrated blade (wide serrations), ideal for cutting through the crust of bread whilst keeping the crumb intact.
