This Laguiole knife with forced notch is a unique piece.

The various stages in the manufacture of this knife (assembly, adjustment, shaping, polishing, sharpening) were carried out by hand in our workshop in the Thiers region, the French cutlery capital:

We love the forged spring and the stainless steel and brass plates, all hand-engraved to create a leafy pattern where the bee sits and  the colours of an autumn forest
