This forced notch Laguiole knife is a unique and exceptional piece.

The different manufacturing stages of this knife (assembly, adjustment, shaping, polishing, sharpening) were carried out by hand in our workshop in Thiers city area, the French capital of cutlery:

Feeling from the workshop

The spring and the bee of this knife are forged and hand-engraved with a file before tempering.

The knife also has brass sides and double stainless steel sides, all chiselled by hand.
