Care instructions

We recommend to handwash the articles with a soft sponge.
All stainless steel items can be washed in the dishwasher. Be careful, however, the edge of the knives, and the knives in general, deteriorate more quickly when they are machine washed.
Do not leave in prolonged contact with a heat source.
Wipe off as soon as washing is completed.
Store in a dry place.

Sharpen the edge as soon as the knife seems to cut a little less well.

Feeling from the workshop

Stylver knives are very popular in the kitchen because they do not require any special precautions except for the classic sharpening of the blade.

They also offer much appreciated balance and comfort thanks to the hollow handle made in our workshop: the forged blade is welded to the handle, itself made from two stamped stainless steel shells, cut and then welded together.
