Le St Vincent, is a wine opener knife developped in collaboration with the best French worker Robert Beillonnet.
Effective 12cm folding knife, it is also a real wine opener wit its bottler opener lever and its 5-screw corkscrew.
The St Vincent is offered here with “Pinot noir” carbon fiber pads, which present cylindrical black and gray patterns.
It is delivered with its grated leather case in a cork box in the shape of a stopper.

We recommend wiping the blade by hand with a soft sponge.
Do not leave in prolonged contact with water, a heat source or chemical products.
Avoid strong temperature variations.
Store the knife in its pouch.
Remove any deposits of material that may slip inside the mechanism and affect the operation of the knife.
Sharpen the edge as soon as the knife seems to cut a little less well.
