Care instructions

We recommend to hanswash the articles with a soft sponge.

These knives can be washed in the dishwasher at 55 ° C maximum.
Rinse items before placing them in the basket.
Use a conventional powder detergent without adding regenerating salt or rinsing liquid as they are corrosive.
Do not wash in the presence of other metals such as iron, silver or gold, this to avoid any electrolysis phenomenon.
Wipe as soon as the wash cycle is over.
Store in a dry place.

Sharpen the edge as soon as the knife seems to cut a little less well.

The acrylic used for our knives and cutlery is a plastic material moulded into sheets.
To make the handles, we cut the sheets into ribs, which we then fit, shape and polish, just as we would with wood.

Acrylic gives the handle depth and an unparalleled shine. It is also easy to maintain.

It is available at GOYON-CHAZEAU in over 20 plain, pearlescent or translucent shades, enabling us to create knives and cutlery to suit your every whim.
