Care instructions

We recommend wiping the blade by hand with a soft sponge.

The marquetry is particularly fragile and is not suitable for everyday use..
Do not wet the handle or leave it in contact with a heat source, chemical products and avoid temperature differences.
Store the knife in its case.

Remove any deposits of material that may slip inside the mechanism and affect the operation of the knife.

Sharpen the edge as soon as the knife seems to cut a little less well.

Feeling from the workshop

Our marquetry plates are made from different wood species.
Cut, assembled according to a defined pattern then glued on a spacer, they are then compressed to stabilize the whole.
Each plate is then worked like wood.
