A knife and fork to preserve the delicate texture of the fish
The fish serving set is a larger version of the fish knife and the fish fork.
The fish serving knife (about 28cm) has a slightly blunt beveled blade to separate the flesh without tearing it and ensure a flawless presentation.
The fish serving fork (about 25cm) is very wide with fine, pointed prongs to make it easier to pick up and serve delicate pieces.
As its name suggests, it is part of the “serving pieces,” as opposed to the “table pieces”: the former are used to serve food from the dish to the plate, while the latter, placed around the plate, are used for eating.
