Seafood and fish deserve attention!

Delicate foods such as fish and oysters require cutlery that is suited to their fragile texture.

  • The fish knife is not very sharp, so that it can be used to remove the flesh from the skin and bones without cutting them.
  • The fish fork is wide and flat so that it can be used to pick up food when it cannot be speared.
  • The oyster knife is used to finish opening the shell and cut the oyster’s foot.
  • The oyster fork has a small, rounded three-pronged fork that allows the oyster to be detached from its shell and picked up while retaining some of its juice.
