The cheese cutlery and butter knievs are available in oak wooden gift boxes of:

The art of cutting cheese

Each piece of cheese cutlery and butter knife has a specific shape and purpose:

  • The cheese serving knife: presented with the cheese board, it is used to cut, prick, and serve (with its two small prongs) neat portions with elegance.
  • The individual cheese knife: smaller in size, it accompanies each guest so they can enjoy a piece or a slice at their own pace.
  • The cheese cleaver is designed for hard cheeses such as Comté or Cantal. Its short, wide blade ensures a clean, precise cut.
  • The cheese fork: With two prongs, it is designed to easily pick up and serve pieces of firm cheese without touching them with your fingers.
  • The butter knife is the knife that accompanies the butter dish, or complements the cheese knife for fresh or soft cheeses.
  • The butter spreader is the knife for spreading butter, jam, spreads, fresh cheeses, and other appetizer spreads very easily on any type of food (bread, rusks, crackers, etc.).
