At Goyon-Chazeau, your loyalty matters. With every order, you earn points that you can redeem as a discount on your future purchases.

How does it work?

Shop: every euro you spend earns you 10 points.
Collect: your points add up, order after order.
Enjoy: once you’ve reached 3,000 points, redeem them for a discount of 5 to 25 per cent.

Levels

CONFIANCE: 3000 points > 5% discount
COMPLICITÉ: 6 000 points > 10% discount
FIDÉLITÉ: 10 000 points > 15% discount
ATTACHEMENT : 15 000 points > 20% discount
TRANSMISSION: 30 000 points > 25% discount

Some little extras

  • 200 points are awarded every year on your birthday: don’t forget to enter your date of birth under ‘My Account’.
  • You’re free to choose whether to use your points or carry them over: any unused points will remain in your account.
  • You’ve got plenty of time to decide – your loyalty code is valid for 3 months!

How do I join the programme?

You automatically join the programme as soon as you place your first order using a customer account.

How do I use my points?

In ‘My Account’, under the ‘Loyalty’ tab, select the discount you want: you’ll receive a code to enter in your basket.

Do my points expire?

Your points remain valid for 12 months after your last order. Each new order extends their validity.

Do products on special offer earn points?

No, products on special offer or at a reduced price do not earn points.

Can I combine my discount with another code?

No, the loyalty discount cannot be combined with any other discount code.
