REF : TRACH8

114.90

Thanks to its flexible, long, thin and pointed blade, the filleting knife is the knife to fillet fish. It is ideal for removing the skin by cutting it lengthwise, before removing the bones from the fish. It can also be used to cut thin slices of carpaccio type meat.

Tradichef knives are entirely forged from a steel bar.

Feeling from the workshop

The filleting knife is aesthetically identical to the slicing knife but it has a very flexible blade which makes it the ideal knife for cutting fish fillets and making carpaccios in no time!
