Its forged spring, chiselled by hand, features an S-shaped bee. S for Stylver, but also for the style of its contemporary design inspired by the curvature of the palm of the hand.
Several types of chiselling are available.

We recommend wiping the blade by hand with a soft sponge.
Heated up beech wood is fragile.
Do not wet the handle or leave it in contact with a heat source, chemical products and avoid temperature differences.
Store the knife in its case.
Remove any deposits of material that may slip inside the mechanism and affect the operation of the knife.
Sharpen the edge as soon as the knife seems to cut a little less well.
The black lines and shades of colour that appear on stabilised beech wood handles are the result of the attack of a fungus that has been deliberately deposited in the wood and then neutralised by stabilisation.
